Kayole Starlets can confirm the departure of defender Pauline Nakhanu and midfielder Phoebe Otieno, who will be joining Trinity Starlets. Both players arrived from Wadadia Women FC at the start of last season and quickly became valued members of the squad.
Pauline featured in 17 matches, registering 2 assists, keeping 14 clean sheets, and earning a Player of the Match awardagainst Macmillan Queens. Her solid defensive performances also saw her nominated for the Defender of the Season award.
Phoebe, meanwhile, made 5 appearances during her time with us, showing great professionalism and commitment whenever called upon.
Both players played their part in our push for promotion and leave with the honor of being WNSL Championship winners.
