Kayole Starlets FC today announces the renewal of its partnership. The one-year extension will see Ushindi commit direct financial support, alongside a range of in-kind contributions, as the brand continues to back the growth of women’s football and the development of talent in Kenya.

The renewal follows a three-month campaign that began in May 2026 and delivered on the ambition both parties set out at the start: to prove that women’s football in Kenya is not simply worthy of investment, but capable of returning real commercial value. It converts what was a foundational phase into the long-term, season-on-season collaboration both organisations set out to build.

The partnership continues to rest on a shared belief: that winning is more than a scoreline. It is the discipline of showing up ready. Clean kit. Clean body. Clear mind. Match-ready, every day.

WHAT THE RENEWED PARTNERSHIP DELIVERS

The renewal deepens the partnership across every level of the club — from the shirt the players wear to the communities that follow them.

Kit and Training Kit Branding: Ushindi will feature on both the Kayole Starlets playing kit and training kit for the full 2026/2027 season, placing the brand in front of supporters at every fixture and training session, and across all club match content and social output.

Direct Player Support: The financial commitment is also structured to provide direct support to the players, helping meet squad-related and logistical requirements throughout the season.

Matchday Brand Activations: Fans attending Kayole Starlets fixtures will be invited into on-site Ushindi activations, experiential engagement, and prize giveaways across a season-long calendar.

A CAMPAIGN THAT DELIVERED ON BOTH SIDES

Kayole Starlets is Kenya’s most-followed women’s sports team, with more than 160,000 followers across its platforms, generating roughly six million monthly impressions and three million monthly reach. Over the campaign period, Ushindi was carried across that audience through co-created content, matchday visibility, and kit branding.

The sporting return was equally strong. Within the campaign window, four Kayole Starlets players completed professional moves to Turkey. Lavyne Achola and Euphrasier “Ashley” Shilwatso joined Turkish top-tier club Haymanaspor Kulübü, while Linda Kihara and Faith Naliaka signed for Turkish First Division side Soma Zafer Spor Kulübü.

When we look at Kayole Starlets FC, we see that same consistency, discipline and drive to win. Seeing four players from this squad move into professional football abroad within a single season tells you everything about the calibre of talent coming out of Kenya’s women’s football. We are confident our sponsorship will ease the resource burden for the team, allowing them to confidently compete in the league.

For Kayole Starlets, the renewed partnership represents an opportunity to build on the commercial momentum generated during the initial three-month campaign while strengthening the club’s platform both on and off the pitch.

This is a landmark commercial partnership, one of its kind for Kenyan women’s football, and we are building on it to make the game more marketable. Ushindi took a chance on us when the campaign began, and they have seen what this team can return. Carrying their name on our shirts this season means something to these players. We promise another season of Ushindi on and off the field.

BEYOND THE SCORELINE

The Ushindi Na Starlets campaign returns for the full 2026/2027 season, running across social media platforms with a content strategy built around the same idea that carried the first phase: winning happens beyond the pitch.

Real player stories. Behind-the-scenes preparation. Community moments. Fan activations. The campaign will continue to document what winning actually looks like — not just the goals, but the discipline, the grind, and the pride of showing up ready.

Kayole Starlets enters the 2026/2027 campaign under the club theme Raising The Standard, with a restructured technical bench and a squad rebuilt around the club’s development pipeline. Since its founding in 2008, the club has developed more than 1,000 players, secured over 84 scholarships, and produced eight professional alumnae.
